Replacement Guarantee for three days is covered to the customer of nawabpur.xyz except intact box or packet.

• Request for return or replacement is only applicable within twenty-four hours after delivery.
• If order is canceled due to shortage of product in store only then refund is applicable.

IN RETURN FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WILL BE REQUIRED:

• Documents of purchase as proof (order number, invoice, memo, etc)
• There must be a reasonable cause for return that follows

General conditions:

1. Mismatch of ordered product
2. Defect on delivered product
3. Delivered product missing part(s)
4. Ordered item contains incorrect info on the site

Return will not be applicable for the following items:

1. Consumable items
2. Intact packed or wrapped items or Intact box
3. RFL packed or wrapped items or Intact box

Before receiving product(s), customers are requested to check the product carefully.

TERMS FOR INSTALLATION SERVICE:

• Within 3 working days from the day of product receiving the installation service will be provided if the products require installation.
• Once received by the customer Product(s) cannot be returned.

CANCELLATION & REFUND IN CASE OF PRODUCT SHORTAGE:

1. Nawabpur.xyz authority may cancel order due to product unavailability as the products are subject to availability at our partner's depot/warehouse/store.
2. Customers can wait maximum 30 days for the availability of product(s). During this time span order may remain in open/processing/hold status.
3. If number (1) of this section happens and customer has already paid for his/her order, that customer will get refund. Refund amount will be sent via bKash or Mobile Wallet of the customer if this amount is below 300 tk. If this amount is below 50 tk., this will be sent as mobile top-up/recharge to the customer.
4. If the customer cancels his/her order after confirming with payment, nawabpur.xyz will charge an Online Gateway Transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount.
5. For the delivery of some specific partner’s products advance payment is required. Nawabpur.xyz authority may cancel any order if the customer does not pay in advance for such orders.

FOR THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS RETURN/REPLACEMENT WILL NOT BE APPLICABLE:

•  If consumable item has been used or installed
• If the product get harmed
•  If the product is missing serial / UPC numbers
• Any damage in product occurs due to misuse
• Any incidental damage while malfunctioning of product
• If the product get harmed
• Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
• In return if the customer fails to provide original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging (if any), and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
• Replacement is subject to availability of the same product in stock on Nawabpur.xyz.
